What Our Set Up &Coordination Services Include.

We offer complete set up and coordination for your destination wedding ensuring that your style and personality is present throughout the florals, the equipment, the furniture, the tabletop items, the linen and the atmospheric décor. Our pursuit is to verify that everything runs smoothly and according to what you have envisioned. We make it our mission to remove all the pressure from you so that you can completely and absolutely relax and enjoy your special day.

This service encloses the following aspects from four weeks prior to your wedding.



Coordinating the various itineraries and check lists that are needed to make sure that everything runs smoothly on your special day. We make sure that and managing these itineraries and specific checklists are shared with all of your suppliers and vendors before your wedding day thus guaranteeing that everyone involved is on the same page.



Managing all key timings and suppliers on the day. We support you and your suppliers by bringing together the design elements chosen by you. Through out the wedding day, we oversee and verify that everyone is doing their task efficiently and that they are all following the different stages established.



Assisting them in choosing and booking accommodations in the various places where they need to go. We help them in arranging and booking the different pick-ups and drop offs they might need while in the country. We aid them in organizing tours, visits or short trips they might want to make while they are there. Our staff is always ready to support them in any emergency, willing to see how to find a solution.
